All botanical specimens at Curated Cuttings GA undergo rigorous pest-management protocol. We utilize Bonide Systemic Granules (Imidacloprid) to ensure your plant arrives pest-vetted.

Keep Out of Reach: Due to systemic treatment, plants must be kept out of reach of children and pets. By purchasing, you acknowledge and assume all responsibility for the safe placement of the specimen in your home.
Acclimation Disclaimer
Our plants are "Transition-Tested" in a home-like environment in Flowery Branch, GA. However, moving a living specimen to a new environment is a stressor. While we provide a custom "Care Recipe" with every purchase, Curated Cuttings GA does not guarantee long-term success, as we cannot control the light, humidity, or water quality in your specific home.
Shipping, Pickup, Returns & Refunds
Regional Shipping:
We ship our hand-selected specimens via USPS Priority Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This ensures your plants don't spend the weekend sitting in a sorting facility.

Handling Time: 1–5 business days (depending on the day you order).

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is created.
Local Pickup (Flowery Branch, GA):
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Since we operate out of a private greenhouse space, we do not have public "impulse buy" hours. Once your order is placed, we will contact you individually to schedule a specific pickup window that works for you.
Return & Refund Policy
At Curated Cuttings, we take extreme care to ensure every specimen is stable, rooted, and healthy before it leaves our care.
14-Day Return Window:
In compliance with Google’s merchant standards, we offer a 14-day return window for items that arrive damaged or dead on arrival (DOA).

Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of plants, you must contact us at curatedcuttingsga@gmail.com with clear photos of the plant and packaging within 48 hours of delivery/pickup to initiate a claim.

Hard Goods (Grow Kits): May be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days.
Return Process:

Method: Returns are accepted by mail (shipping at customer's expense) or via scheduled drop-off for local customers.

Condition: Plants must be in their original nursery liners and not repotted or altered to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Once the item is inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.
