Greenhouse Grow Kit | The Propagator’s Essential

This is for the DIY’ers out there who want to get in on the super DUPER ground floor of planting (you know, without trying to remember which seed is what).

Basically, it works like this. You order one & pick the plant you want. I walk over to said plant - once I stop dancing because I got a new order - and…chop a piece of it off. I let it callous, and while I’m doing that, I put some Not Dirt in one of those zippy bag things and make sure I have a vial of super secret “make roots grow” powder. I will probably also have to root around in the “storage facility” (aka the closet) and find you a new 3.5” clear liner, but that won’t take too long. Probably.

And then basically everyone waits for the callusing to finish or for Monday to roll around before it gets packed up and sent your way.

Pretty simple. Pretty easy prop methodology. And as an added bonus, I didn’t put anything on the list for cuttings that’s really DIFFICULT to propagate, so if you’re a first timer, you can be successful and then pat yourself on the back. It’s a win all around.

I’ve vetted the beauties the cuttings come from to ensure they’re healthy and happy, but I can’t guarantee what they’ll do once they leave my greenhouse. If I could control nature, I’d be a wizard, and I’d probably have a much cooler hat. 🧙‍♂️
